Alison has cared for our now 15 month old and very energetic 5 year old for a year. She is kind, loving, and organized. My children love her very much and she loves to plan fun activities and keep the kids engaged. She is very flexible and basically manages our house since we both work full time and travel a lot. Alison is great and very responsible and drives very cautiously when taking the kids to their activities. We will miss Alison very much and want her to be able to stay, but due to our changing and crazy schedules and Alison's class times, we are needing someone that can stay later. That is the only reason other lucky people are getting a chance of having Alison care for their precious kids.
