For as long as I can remember I have always loved being around children. I am one of those women that can't WAIT to be a mother....I'm not yet but hopefully someday. I am the oldest in my family and due to health issues in my family I pretty much helped raise my two younger sisters. I think helping to raise children in any way, shape or form is very rewarding. I was the go-to babysitter in my neighborhood when I was a teenager and clearly still have a passion for it. I used to be an EMT a few years ago and with that comes some pretty great first aid training. I consider myself a fun-loving, out-going person and children seem to really like me....I have 10 cousins all under the age of 13 and I love spending time reading, playing and teaching them all kinds of new things.
