I hired Charlene to look after my 2.8 and 5.3 year old boys while I spent some time with my 7 year old daughter. She was fully engaged in taking care of the boys, playing with them on an outdoor lawn and watching them carefully to keep them away from the street, and also helping them with their workbooks. The kids loved her and I would definitely hire her again!
