This review is not for her care, but for her communication. Never used her as a sitter. We talked on the phone and set up an interview/trial day; she said she was eager to start immediately, being available and still looking. She texted about an hour later saying she was sick and did we still want her to come since we have an infant? We did not, and were unsure why this wasn't mentioned initially; not a problem, we just postponed, agreeing that she'd be in touch over the weekend and come when feeling better. After about a week, I reached out via text and email - no response. Never heard from her again. Unreliable with her communication.

We set up an interview time and she didn't show up.

We contacted Tyler Anne over a period of two weeks - exchanging multiple messages. We scheduled a time to meet and, at the last minute, she cancelled on us. She claimed she had to go out of town as things were "hectic" and asked to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following week and she did not email or call. Clearly, she is not very responsible and/or reliable. In the real world of employment, no call/no show gets one fired. If you want someone reliable, Tyler Anne is not it.

Tyler did an excellent job watching our 5mo old daughter. She is very knowledgeable with infants- my husband and I felt very comfortable being away. Tyler is prompt to appointments, responds to messages quickly, and is extremely easy to communicate with.
