Hello, I am Lakeda 26 yrs of age, currently a graduate student at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, working to obtain my masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. I have been providing care for infants, toddlers, and teenagers for many years. My goal is to create a structured environment to ensure safety. I incorporate learning activities, crafts, games, reading, outdoor activities etc. I do feel by developing a routine it allows for consistency and creates a warm environment.
