I am a full-time online graduate public health student looking forward to a career in social welfare policy. I am currently employed full-time with a national nonprofit with a local chapter located in Midtown. I am looking for a weekend babysitting opportunity with a loving family who is welcoming to my experience and commitment to learning. My past childcare experiences include four years as a youth gymnastics coach, one year as an assistant pre-school and elementary school teacher, and three years as a volunteer with a youth development nonprofit. I grew up alongside a sibling with special learning needs and understand the challenges and triumphs faced by families with children of all abilities. I was previously CPR/AED/First Aid certified and am willing to renew. I have a clean driving record and my own car but am comfortable with public transportation or walking as well.
