I'm great with children and love helping children learn and explore their creativity through reading, writing, and visual art (among other things). I was a neighborhood babysitter during high school and worked with younger children (3-5) in a day camp. At college I was a writing tutor for my peers. In addition, I led a creative writing workshop with local 9th graders. This past January I helped lead a creative writing workshop for the young boys in a small village in the West Bank. As a biology student and experienced laboratory researcher I am more than capable of helping kids of all ages with studying and homework in math and science. I have raised two puppies and (including the pups) trained a total of four dogs ranging from medium to large in size.
