She was professional, available on short notice, and great with my daughters. We had a good experience and would use her again in the future for another much needed date night out away from the kids.

I interviewed Alante, and confirmed a start date and time. She NEVER showed up, or had the courtesy to send me a text. She ignored my call, and left me to call out of work and decided not to show up. Very irresponsible and inconsiderate in my opinion, and other caregivers should be aware of this character trait.

Alante did a fantastic job of babysitting our daughter while we were travelling to DC and had plans for the night. Despite our late return she had a great attitude and our daughter told us all about how much fun she had. Thanks Alante.

We needed a last minute babysitter this week. She took care of 13 month old girl and she was great and my baby did not want her to go at the end of day. For future, we will definitly contact her if we need a sitter.

Alante was great with our boys. She was very sweet and easy to work with. She arrived on time and was very responsive and a great communicator. My boys loved her! I highly recommend her to anyone.

My wife and I were a little nervous about finding a babysitter we had not met before when we were traveling to Baltimore for a wedding. However Alante quickly calmed any fears we had. She was very responsive and up front about everything. She provided great references. She came to our hotel to make it easier on us and she only contacted us if she really needed to. We had the wonderful opportunity to have Alante care for our two boys this past Saturday. Alante was timely, had a calm and professional demeanor and was interested in the children. The boys shared that she is "fun, kind, friendly & cool", although they are only ages 6 &10, their opinions really matter because they are the ones that experienced the care from Alante. That is one of the best words to describe Alante. In our initial interview, she was very friendly and engaging with my children. She asked questions about their schedule and food options. She confirmed that we still needed her and showed up on time and ready to work. She engaged with the kids and made sure bedtime went smoothly. The house was tidy as I had left it which is a big plus! The next morning my son was upset she was gone. I would recommend her and we will be definitely use her again in the future. One of the best experiences I have had with a sitter.

Alante is a fabulous babysitter and helped us out at the last minute a couple weeks ago. Our four year old daughter absolutely adores her and our older boys kept telling me how engaging Alante was with their little sister. We have called her again and are so impressed by her pleasant personality and thoughtful approach to playing with and caring for our daughter. 5+++++ STARS!!!

Alante is an exceptional babysitter. We have three boys ages 5, 3, and 1, and couldn't have found a better babysitter for them. Our three year old usually gets very upset when we leave him with a sitter, but he loves Ms. Alante. She is very engaging with our 5 year old, and very good with the baby as well. I would highly recommend Alante to anyone looking for a sitter, especially if you have multiple kids.

Alante cared for our son who says she is "Awesome and Fun!!". When we asked why he says she likes to play board games and Beyblades and he is teaching her how to play Pokemon. From the Parent perspective Alante is professional, and her education in child development is evident. Alante is part of our "family support team" and we look forward to utilizing her excellent skills in the future.

Alante was fantastic. Responsible, thoughtful and professional. An hour before she was coming, she texted to tell us she was coming and reconfirm our appointment. Upon arrival, she was great with our kids - playing games with them and keeping them safe. My daughter described her as "very kind". After helping the kids to bed, she proactively loaded and ran the dishwasher - and then emptied it!! What a dream! I will definitely call on Alante again.

I would recommend Alante to anyone. She took care of my kids (5 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl) when my husband went away for a night. We don't have family nearby so I am always nervous to let strangers watch my kids, but she was great. I have very specific instructions (lots of things to remember) and she followed and remembered all of them. We came back and my kids were happy and safe. We were so grateful to her! ~ Meera Miller

I hired Alante to watch my two young sons, ages 3 and 7, for a parents' evening out. She was professional and responsible; she came to our house the weekend before to meet everyone, and asked lots of good questions about the boys and how they interact, what their routines were. She e-mailed me the day before to confirm the event, and called prior to coming over so I would know she was on her way. She did an excellent job with the kids, feeding them and putting them to bed, and doing some dishes as well (above & beyond, since we didn't ask her to wash dishes). She is very warm and agreeable and seemed to bond with the kids. I will use her again for a future date night.

Alante was an extremely professional childcare provider. She communicated frequently and clearly before the start of the job, arrived promptly and was exceedingly personable and friendly with my child. When I returned home, my son asked me if she could babysit him again some time in the future. He was happy and very content after spending the day with Alante. I would definitely recommend her for your childcare needs.

Alanté was available on short notice to watch my son. She arrived on time and did an great job taking care of him. I was very pleased with her positive attitude and work ethic - she even cleaned up the toys! I give her the highest recommendation.
