I've always been good with children. I first started learning how to care for children when I was 10 years old. My mother and grandmother helped me babysit younger family members, as young as 4 months. I was taught things such as basic care, the stages of child development, and caring for sick infants, toddlers, and children. I have 10 years experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children. Currently I care for a younger cousin who is 10 and a younger sister who is 17 but has severe autism. Caring for my younger sister has given me experience in caring for special needs children as well. I also do cooking and baking. I took a culinary course in high school and have been cooking just as long as I've been caring for children.
