We have been thrilled with Kristen's care and have been enthusiastically using her for several months now. She arrives on time, listens to us and clarifies expectations, and keeps our daughter busy with creative play and reading. She even gets our daughter to bed when she says she will (a feat that has at times been unattainable to us!). We love her because she is is responsible and no-nonsense; our daughter loves her because she is fun.
