Hello, my name is Shana,I'm 22 yo I was an Au Pair for 2 years for a family living in Gaithersburg, I took care of 3kids, 2 boys 9-11yo and a girl 5yo. I'm now a nanny for 3 kids age 4,9 & 11, two of them have special needs. I am looking to create a trustworthy relationship with the parents, to be a very responsible person working with children but at the same time keep a fun, playful personality to make those kiddos have a wonderful time with me.
