Childcare is so terribly important and is quite difficult to attain and to ask for interview only to message and cancel after I make sure to be available is very inconsiderate. I do hope no one else experiences the inconvenience and being told your family isn't good enough to care for

Hopefully Sittercity will eventually disallow a potential client from writing a negative review when they have never received services from a caregiver, hence is the case in this circumstance. I declined the request to provide services to this parent, after meeting with the family. Not all negative reviews are warranted and accurate.

I briefly provided services for this family prior to receiving knowledge that this family’s infant had undisclosed mental health challenges that I was not prepared to address as a caregiver and beyond the scope of care that would be expected by a childcare provider.

Pamala made my husband and I feel very comfortable leaving our daughter in her care while we went out. She very sweet, punctual, professional, and seems to have a genuine love for children. I would recommend her in a heartbeat, and look forward to having her watch my child again!
