Hello, all my name is Damon. I am a recent graduate the University of Maryland College Park. My degree is in Social Psychology. In much of my adult life, I have worked with youth for my church, most recently serving as a youth minister for the past several years. I current mentor and work with youth to tutor and provide counseling when needed. I feel I relate very well to children and teens of all ages, while still being to provide a constructive and productive environment for them. I am able to form lasting relationships with youth and their families. My first priority has been and always will be the safety of the child. I have no major allergies to pets and I have my own transportation. I have excellent references and the ability to adapt and adjust to new situations and personality types.
