My full time job was a camp counselor during the summer. I was a camp counselor for two years. Now, I am student and just looking for work ( when I made this profile I was a full time nanny *for two years*). I am great at getting kids to get along; I know how to get kids to listen to the rules while they enjoying my company. As a camp counselor my job is to keep about 15-20(max) kids safe under my watch. I've picked up on a lot of skills to keep kids following the rules without them feeling like they are rules. Having a positive impact on kids is always my goal. I never leave bad reviews but I feel compelled to in this case. Online Jessica seems like a great lady and comes highly recommended. I asked her if she would sit for my kids and she was very positive and agreed. I asked for her number, gave her my information, left a number of messages both on SitterCity and by telephone. She replied on Sittercity leaving me to think that I had a babysitter, but never did call, return calls, etc. I'm sorry to leave this review, but I can't understand the complete dropout when we had expected she was going to sit for us. Luckily our neighbor agreed--if it weren't for that, I wouldn't have been able to attend an important event that evening.

Jessica is outstanding! My six year old daughter loves her and looks forward to her care. She is attentive and caring, on time and respectful. I would recommend her for future opportunities to nanny.

Jessica currently watches our 10 month old son and does a great job. She keeps him entertained, and follows the schedule we provide to keep him on his routine. Our son really likes her and that makes us feel good when we have to leave him!
