Hi! My name is Danni. I am a 40 year old woman looking to change careers. I will be beginning a training program soon hopefully for medical billing. I am interested in babysitting because I have always found it rewarding work. When I was younger I babysat a little boy from the time he was nine months until he was eight, and loved every minute of it. I have thirteen nieces/nephews, and I spent a lot of time with them when they were younger. I often took care of two of my nephews in particular while my sister worked. I spent one summer during college babysitting two of my other nephews while they were out of school, one was going into third grade, the other fifth. About 10 years ago, I worked as a tutor for 12 Middle School children. I would go to their homes and help them with Read more their homework assignments, or come up with appropriate lesson plans for each individual child. I also went to and elementary school, through the same program and worked with two children there. Currently, I occasionally help out with an in home day care run by a friend of mine. The children there range in ages from 5 months to six years. In addition to children, I love working with pets. I have several of my own, and have taken care of friends and neighbors dogs while they were out of town. I have 15 years experience working with dogs and cats in a professional setting.
