I hired Johanna as our nanny. She worked for a few weeks and then didn't show up or call on a Friday, she later texted me with her reason and I gave her benefit of the doubt so she came back to work and worked another week and then didn't show up on Monday, didn't call or text and completely left me hanging with 3 babies and my last week of work!
