Jessica was our full-time childcare provider for six months. In Jan 2014, I interviewed Jessica, in my home, for a sitter position that I was looking to have filled. She blew us away... She was smart and energetic. She said all the right things and my kids really warmed up to her immediately. After her hire, she was always on time and took great care of the kids.
