Hello parents! My name is Caitlin. I have over 15 years of experience in childcare, primarily with children in the 1-9 age range, including twins. I live in the Rockville area and work downtown during the week. Contact me for occasional evening and weekend childcare! When I babysit, I really enjoy getting to know you as parents and a family. I still remember the fun babysitters my three younger siblings and I had, and I hope to replicate that experience for your kids. I'm very interactive and love to take the kids out to play, either in the backyard or on an excursion to a park. Before coming to the area, I lived in my homestate of New Jersey Read more where I earned a Bachelors in Spanish with a concentration in Secondary Education. I started babysitting in high school and have continued to do so through college and beyond. I have extensive teaching experience from my studies in education; as a bilingual facilitator for a statewide child assault prevention program; and as an English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor. During undergrad I also served as a counselor in a traditional summer camp for youth with special needs. Since graduating I've worked full-time for a national nonprofit and volunteered on two boards.
