I'm currently attending UMBC for social work, and completing an internship at the Baltimore City DSS working with children and families in foster care. I've always loved spending time with kids - I have babysat various families regularly for about 10 years now. The kids I have taken care of range from infancy (about 6 months+) to 12 and 13 year olds. More recently I have been caring for my nieces and nephews who are 2 years and younger, so I am very familiar with appropriate care of babies and toddlers. Overall, as a babysitter I enjoy playing with the younger kids and 'hanging out" with the older kids, whether it be an after school activity, playing outdoors, making crafts, preparing meals/baking, helping with homework, etc. whatever you would like for your kids or what they enjoy doing!
