Our nanny is looking for a new position. She is the most capable person I know and is excellent with kids of all ages. She started with us as a nanny share when my oldest son was 4 months old. The nanny share kiddo was also 4 months. Currently she is handling my older child who is now 3, my younger child who is 15 months and a third nanny-share kiddo who is 12 months. She has 15 years experience and is excellent with infants, twins, toddlers, multiples, bigger kiddos, nanny-share situation, anything you want her to handle, she can handle it. She gets the kids outside daily, weather permitting and to the library or similar activity when there is inclement weather. When I am at the playground with her and my kids she is hands-down one of the best caregivers there. Our choice to change direction is solely base in logistics and it has been a very difficult decision. She is family and genuinely loves my children and they love her.
