I've worked with ages from newborn up to 5th grade! I have always loved working and being around children since I was young. It's just amazing, the things that they do and say, you always have to be prepared for the unexpected. I love coming up with activities and projects for my kids to engage in. Arts and Crafts happens to be my favorite! I am CPR/ first aid certified and I have also taught swimming while working at the YMCA. I have my license with a clean driving record. I've had to undergo background checks and fingerprinting for past employers. In my opinion it's one of the best jobs you can have because there is never a dull moment. Erika B. indicated that she was interested in the part time job we listed. I sent her a message asking if I could speak to her on the phone the following day. She said sure, and gave me her number. Then she never contacted me again, despite my repeated attempts to connect. My feeling is -- if you change your mind about a job, be responsible and professional about it, and contact the person to say you are not, for whatever reason, available.
