My name is Danielle. I am am recently returning from Ecuador after completing a bridge year, living abroad, with the organization Global Citizen Year. In my community I worked at the local Pre K with kids ages 3-5. This fall I will be attending Howard Community College where I will be studying International Relations. I started taking care of children starting at the age of 16, working as a helper in camps with both kids with special needs and without. I have always had a passion for working with little kids, the energy they bring to life is just an amazing thing! My senior year in high school. I worked at a local Elementary School in the Kindergarten Learning Center classroom. This was such an amazing experience, and a perfect way to allow me to grow in my teaching abilities, and gaining confidence when working with kids.
