Hello my name is maya peoples I'm 18 years old. I graduated from Northwest High school in germanyown Maryland in 2015. Where I took child ed class for 3 years. I am now enrolled at Montgomery college where my Major would be to become a Social Worker. I have a 3 year old sister and a 1 year old niece that I watch every weekend from 12-4pm so I have good experience with toodlers and infants as well as I love to cook and clean.

I hired her to take care of my son. She was late a few times and I had to call her to come in. She would not clean up and the place would be more messy when I came home. I mentioned to her during the interview and also after she was employed to clean up. When I let her go I paid her in cash instead of a check. I counted the money out in front of her twice and then after she left she claim I shorted her. I knew exactly how much I gave her but since I paid her in cash I plan on giving it to her so I don't have to deal with her anymore.
