Hello To all, My name is Morgan Byrd. I am a 22 year old college graduate at James Madison University. I graduated with my B.S. In Kinesiology( movement of the body) and minored in music. I graduated from Rockville High School 2010. I am the oldest of four siblings. I have watched all of them for 10 years. Even though It was not the easiest job for the first time I got the hang of it very quickly. I love to keep the kids that I babysit active physically and mentally. Also depending on the age will depend on other actives we do. I have also babysat some of my parent’s friend’s children and I did private gymnastic coaching for a 9 year old. Morgan watched our two year old son on multiple occasions over the summer both during the day and evening/night. She did an excellent job with him: playing, dancing, changing diapers, prepared meals, helping with potty training, putting him down for a nap and/or bed time, etc. He was always excited to see her and enjoyed his time, allowing us to feel comfortable leaving him in someone else’s care. Morgan was always on-time and very responsible. She was also very accommodating and helped us out during some short notice requests for a sitter. I only wished her college was closer so we could use her for babysitting during the school year as well! I highly recommend Morgan!

I met with Morgan. She is a very talented young lady. She's very busy with her education but I feel she is overextended due to her busy schedule. I would recommend meeting with her for a weekend position.
