Sarah worked for our family for a few weeks before she left me high and dry on a Monday night. She quit because she got the wrong car to go home. Instead of saying something to my husband who had given her his work van, she went home got mad and returned to my house to quit. She left a voicemail message saying that she felt under-appreciated and undervalued. After numerous calls and texts to get her to talk to me she never answered nor responded to my messages. Communication is key when someone is taking care of your children. So employer beware, if you hire her and she feels undervalued she won’t tell you she will up and quit without notice.
