My name is Melanie Allen. I am a mother of 1 amazing 6 year old little boy myself. I have been babysitting and watching children since I was 8 years old. I love animals and children. I have a passion for working with special needs children which I have been doing since I was 8 years old as well. I have a bachelors degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland and an associates in General Studies from Howard Community College. I have been a nanny in the past but most of my experience with children comes from babysitting on the side as a teen as well as taking care of my younger brother growing up. I have been an ABA therapist for about 5+ years now and love it. I am also CPR certified and have my own transportation.
