I recently moved back to Asheville, to stay, after going back home to Maine for a few years. I am 33, and after traveling all across the US, many times, I am ready to put some roots down. And Asheville has always had a piece of my heart...so it makes sense to be here. I went to a natural therapeutics and bodywork therapy school out in New Mexico, grew up on a small farm, love animals, kids, and being outside and I do a lot of art work, hiking, running and biking. I have worked with children in many different situations, for many years. I helped my mother when she started her own preschool when I was younger, co-opened an in-home daycare with a friend several years ago, and most recently helped out a friend with her three children, and spent a lot of time with a sweet, active and Read more super smart almost two-year old. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, love being engaging, creative and being of support. I would love to be someone solid and supportive to a family here, who is need of experienced, reliable, honest and compassionate child care.
