I've worked at Summer Rec for the past 5 summers. We're required to feed the kids, watch them, and entertain them. There are normally about 20 councilors and 100-150 kids that come to Rec. So what I'm getting at is that each of us watches at least 5 kids at a time. We do a trip to fun town each year and always have 4-5 kids in our group. I've never lost a kid so that's a plus right?!
