I love children and being a mother has been my favorite job. My youngest child just began college and I'm not quite ready to retire from being a nurturing mom. I am fortunate to work in a local school district as a physical therapist and thoroughly enjoy my interactions with the children at work. While raising my own children, I was involved in their school activities, athletic teams, was on the booster boards and was a visible volunteer at numerous school and athletic. I know how hard it was for me to find a sitter who I could trust, especially when my husband and I had to go out of town. I'd like to help out young families that have the same concern I had.
