Hello, my name is Jade, I'm 21 years old, married, and a student at the University of Michigan - Flint majoring in Applied Psychology. It is my goal to eventually earn my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling & Art Therapy in which as an art therapist I would work with children. In addition to my education and career goals, I am also CPR, First Aid, and AED certified. Currently I intern at a center for children in foster care. I believe I would be a great babysitter to your child as I'm a very positive person, I'm patient, and I love caring for others. Culturally, the women in my family are taught to be caregivers so I grew up taking care of my younger siblings and other children in the neighborhood. I also enjoy cooking and cleaning very much and I have no problem doing basic domestic duties for Read more you. As far as activities, I believe it is important for children to do more than just watch TV all day and play on electronics. Don't get me wrong, I do love Disney movies and am not against a little bit of TV. But, it is my goal to have a variety of fun activities. Some of my best memories growing up involve bike-riding, jump-roping and playing hop-scotch outside. These types of things are great for kids. Also, I love puzzles and arts and crafts. I own an online business in which I sell arts and crafts all designed and handmade by me.
