I received an associate degree at Great Lakes Christian College (Lansing, Mich). I also took classes in Child Care at Lansing Community College. This would have been in the 1980's. In 1986 my husband and I moved to Ohio where I worked part time in a daycare (for 3 years) until I became pregnant. In 1992 - 2002 I babysat in my home. In 2002 we moved back to Michigan. The small town of St. Louis would be our home. I worked in a daycare for awhile, but they had to close. The last 6 or 7 years I watched the kids of a relative. I watched them since they were infants. The oldest is now 7 years old. I have up to date CPR/First Aide training.
