Tara recently quit on me without any notice. I just started a new job with very inconsistent hours and work days. Tara was to watch my daughters in the overlap between my husbands and my schedules (3:30-6:30). She was to watch them 3 days a week. My youngest is 18 months and very attached to me and had a hard time when it would be time to drop off. in addition to this, my daughters had runny noses due to spring time allergies. So as you can imagine, my toddler was not a happy camper. Tara complained about her disturbing other children with her crying on more than one occasion. Although she has some great ideals and is an excellent caregiver, I do not think she is ready to provide care to multiple children of different ages yet. I'm also knocking her down a star because of non communication. Although she complained about the baby crying, she told me it was okay and that Lilly was getting better and more adjusted by the day. she provided no indication of being unhappy with us nor any explanation other than "we just aren't working out with your inconsistent schedule."
