Hello, My name is Christine K., a former Secondary Ed. Teacher of Science and History, a Wife and most importantly a Mother to my PS & Elementary School-Aged children. My kids and I love doing all sorts of crafts, baking, bike riding, and walking our two small dogs. Our home is clean and smoke-free, and our spacious, fully fenced in backyard on a quiet Fort Gratiot road leaves tons of room for more to visit now and then, or when/if needed, I could care for your children during regular intervals per your request. We are just up the street from a bustling elementary school, and no more than 1 mile from the closest Middle School, so if convenience is a must in Fort Gratiot, we are definitely in a central location. Available daily from 10 a.m-8 p.m, (am flexible if extended hours are needed). With teaching certifications, you know the Read more education of children is a priority, but always at a child's learning level, and most often through play and game activities. I have additional certifications in CPR and First Aid, and may be researched through RESA for background and personal history, as all Educators are fingerprinted and kept on file within St. Clair County. Since I am a Mother as well, who at one time realized the difficulty and expense to acquire reliable, safe accommodations for my then toddler children, I understand just how difficult it is to relinquish care of your most precious possessions. I just want anyone who is interested in my care of your children to know I have an open-door policy. If I am in care of your children, feel free to stop in anytime, my home is a loving, nurturing, safe environment and I will treat you and your children with the utmost respect and kindness under the sun.
