I am currently a student pursuing my degree in Elementary Special Education. I have been a sitter, beginning with family members since I was 13 years old. My mother also ran an in-home day care which gave me a lot of experience and exposure. My passion for helping others and supporting children as they grow is was led to my choice in pursuing a degree in education after switching from another major. I have worked with children from infancy on up, including high functioning adults with disabilities. I will be beginning my student teaching this year and I am looking for work that will align with that schedule. I am also certified in CPR through Red Cross.
