Hi! My name is Chantal Gilbert, and I love kids!:-) I started babysitting when I was 11 years old, and am now 41 and have 5 children of my own.:-) My oldest is 21 and my youngest is 8. Two of my children are twins, who were born premature, so I have lots of experience with twins and preemies! I owned and operated a Licensed daycare in Gladwin Mi. for 7 years. We then moved back here to Kawkawlin, to be closer to family. I cared for children in my home for a while, then when we decided to build our own home, I went to work at Head Start in Bay City for a while, until my daughter was born. I then cared for some of my friends children, in their homes, along with my daughter, until our house was built. And then I started caring for children here, Read more in my home, which is what I still do today.:-) We have a large yard to play in, set far back from the road, and many toys and activities, both outside and in.:-) We have chickens, bunnies and birds to watch. I am CPR and first aid certified. I offer overnight care for infants through 2 years of age.
