I currently study Special Education with a minor in math at Michigan State University. I volunteer in the local schools every week. I spent last summer as a camp counselor at a special needs camp called Indian Trails Camp. There I provided personal care for people of all ages and disabilities as well as making sure they have the best week of their lives. I have babysat for two different families working with toddlers to teenagers. I am CPR certified and have been in a lot of high risk situations, such as campers having seizures or allergic reactions to foods. I can easily adapt to different environments and I have a passion for working with kids. I will be back at home, in Oakland, for this whole summer (Early May to Late July) and am looking for a full time job.
