Hello, my name is Madison Pierman. Growing up my mother owned an in home daycare. From a young age I took care of children ages 5 weeks old (twins) to 13 year olds. From the age of ten I volunteered and then was hired in as a dance teacher at a conservative dance studio. At the studio, I was able to care for and instruct children of all different ages and backgrounds. I quickly learned that caring for others is a passion of mine and applied for a job at a local memory care facility. For the last three years I have been caring for end term dementia/Alzheimers residents. Within 6 months I was promoted to medication technician and worked as the supervisor over my shift. This truly changed my entire outlook on life and was one of the hardest jobs I've ever had the opportunity of doing. However, I am not ready to close the door on nannying/care-taking quite yet! My hours are very flexible. If you have any questions let me know. I have taken CPR courses, First Aid and CNA classes (highschool) in the past. Although, with the timelapse, I am not certified anymore, the knowledge is still present.
