Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile! A little about me: I am a graduate of Dartmouth College and majored in English and psychology. I recently obtained my Master's in (Child) Counseling from Bethel University. I have extensive babysitting and teaching experience, and currently work as a school therapist. I am looking for employment while I transition into a new opportunity and would like to continue working with infants, children, and adolesecnts. Previously, I was a nanny for over 2 years as I cared for an infant and two toddlers. Before that, I was an after school program assistant for K-8 graders where I did arts and crafts, prepared snacks, and helped students with homework. I have also served with AmeriCorps as a K-3 Literacy Tutor, where I helped students improve their reading skills. In college, I was a mentor for various ages, taught workshop classes to high school students, Read more and babysat 8 year old twins! I was a babysittet in high school as well. I have also worked at the local library and volunteered at Children's Hospital pharmacy over the summers. As a babysitter/nanny/mother's helper, I can prepare dinner, help with homework, read books, prepare arts and crafts, play outside with the children, and do light housework, etc. For fun, I play violin and guitar, speak minimal French, and love the outdoors.
