I grew up with a big family (I am one of over 50 grandchildren), so I have been babysitting since I was about 13 years old. I have held other babysitting jobs in my community and occasionally for teachers when I was in high school. Last summer I was a nanny for 2 boys and 1 teenage girl, as well as being a PCA for a teenage girl with diabetes. I was also a direct support professional at an adult group home, and received CPR and first-aid training as well as mental health and well-being training.
