I would love to help care for your children as you have need tonight. I am currently a graduate student at the St. Paul Seminary School of Divinity. Throughout my studies as an undergraduate and graduate student I have been caring for children in different families. Please allow me to share with you my background and experience with children which qualify me to work as a nanny. In June 2014 I completed my time with a family of three children for whom I nannied part-time. The ages of the children were seven, four, and one year(s) of age. At the end of August 2013 I completed one year of part-time nanny care for two children (a boy and a girl), who, at the start of my time with them, were 16 months and 3 years of age. I have other child-care experience as well. I have nannied for a family Read more of five children, ages one to ten. I have assisted in preschool and kindergarten classrooms with children ages 3-6. In addition, I have cared for children <1-3 in a nursery. I have done babysitting throughout the years as well, including caring for little ones as young as four months. I like to read to children, go outside and play, and engage with them in indoor activities too. In one of my former position I performed weekly housecleaning tasks for the family. At times the kids even "helped" me by using their play vacuums and brooms. :) We all enjoyed visiting parks and libraries, and did lots of reading, walking and biking to the park, as well as playing with trains and toys. Additionally, I helped prepare meals and snacks for the kids. I have changed many a diaper, nurtured the potty training process, and helped keep up the napping schedule for the children for whom I've cared. I play the violin and would be happy to give little concerts to those who may have interest. :) I have been trained in CPR and would be willing to renew this training, as well as that of First Aid.
