I am 27 years old and currently work a full time day job at Acosta Sales and Marketing  as a Retail Analyst while going to school part time at night. I am working towards an associate in business management degree; from there I would like to get bachelors in communications and potentially masters. I am the oldest of 9 grandchildren and have spent the past 11 years babysitting. During middle/high school I spent my free time at my neighbor’s daycare helping with the 12 children she watched; They ranged from 1 year of age to 13. In the summer time my aunt hired me as a full time babysitter for her 3 boys. I helped watch them for five years and the boys ranged from 6months to nine years of age. Also, I spent a lot of time volunteering for disabled children at the local school that I grew up Read more in helping children learn to read, write, and speak. I am use to having four to five kids at a time, it is a crazy fast pace life to live but it is one that I have a strong passion for. I am comfortable with all ages and adore pets. Although I do not have children myself, one day I hope to have four or five. When I am babysitting I do not like to sit in front of the television. I believe that children need to utilize their creativity and come up with games to play, books to read, or things to write/color etc; depending on their age. Children have beautiful imaginations and should be able to express them freely. Playing, interacting, and teaching a child new things is a very important to me.
