Hello! I graduated with a Masters degree in International Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame in May. I grew up in the area, and am currently staying with my family in Excelsior until August 18th, when I will begin a full-time position with Catholic Relief Services in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I graduated from Minnetonka High School in 2005, from Marquette University in Theology and Social Welfare & Justice in May 2009. Since then, I have worked in South Africa, Brazil, Tanzania, Uganda and the Philippines with a variety of marginalized and impoverished populations. I also worked as a Social Worker for homeless families and adults with cognitive and physical disabilities. I have also worked as a Diversion Counselor for at-risk teens in the St. Paul School District. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, and have been trained in community therapy, conflict mediation and conflict resolution.
