I have always had a soft spot for children and feel as though I can relate to their innocence. I have worked at an early childcare learning center that specializes in helping those with special needs for five years as an Assistant Teacher ranging from toddlers to preschool age. Prior to becoming an Assistant Teacher, I was a babysitter for neighborhood families starting from the age of 13. I love working with children and investing in providing a positive influence in their lives. They are our future and I believe if you treat them with respect, give them boundaries and rules, and believe in their abilities, then they will go far and society will be a better place in general. I love reading to children, playing games with them, doing arts and crafts, and being a listening ear if need be.
