I have never had a babysitting job but as an older sister and one of the oldest in the family, I have had a lot of experience with kids. I love kids and get along with them well. I understand the special connection between a child and the person watching that and would hold that to very high importance while working with children. Although I do not have experience being paid for working with children, I do have experience with the elderly. I think of the elderly as children of the adult world. They still need a lot of help some of the tasks are very similar. I am often told that I am naturally caring and nurturing and that is why I think I would be a perfect fit working with children.
