My name is Allison Pfleghaar and I have been a babysitter and nanny for the past 12 years. It has been the most rewarding and fulfilling job I have had, and that is why it is still my occupation! I am highly motivated to meet the needs of the family I work for. I am goal and task orientated when things need to get done. I love having a list of things to do. And when I'm done crossing things off a list, I love to lay back and have a good time. I'm incredibly flexible, as you have to be flexible when working with children. I also have a degree in education and I've taught in both public and private settings for the past two years. While educating two children in a private setting this past year, I was also a personal assistant to their mother. I assisted with everything from daily routine schedules, play dates, driving, cooking meals, running errands, laundry, and cleaning. I've worked with kids of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and feel well-rounded when it comes to identifying the emotional, social, and academic needs of children.
