Sarah and I had been in communication for a few days about after school care for my son. All of her emails seemed like we would be a good fit. We had set up a time for her to come meet our family and she never showed up. I was very upfront of what I was looking for and expected including what I was going to pay. I sent her an email asking about her not showing up and if she was no longer interested and no response from her. I would have totally understood if she decided to care for another family but that right thing to do would be to let us know so we could continue our search. Plus we had prepared my son about her coming over Monday to meet us and he keeps asking what happened to her.
