For six years I have dedicated and cared for three different families. All different kinds from infants, toddlers, and children ages 6 months - 12 years old, families of 1, 2, and 4! Children are full of energy, joy, and life. They run, play, ask questions and are so curious about life. It is a great privilege to be apart of how someone grows and develops. My parents are both school teachers, which has given me a great perspective on caring for children. They are my role models for childcare to this day. Being an artist/designer/maker gives me a great opportunity to be creative with children, whether that is simply drawing, reading, or doing a sewing project. The best part for me is the patience, to go on their speed, to help them in whatever they may need.
