I am a 1st year student at Univeristy of Missouri- St. Louis College of Optometry working to attain my Optmetry Doctorate. I have been babysitting since for 6 years and love being able to form lasting relationships with the families I care for. I love to keep the kids active and engaged each day with a new activity. I believe it is important to incorporate physical acitivty, educational projects, and crafts into the children's summer break to keep their minds active. Outside of babysitting, I have a lot of work experience in the health field and was a lifeguard throughout high school. I have held many leadership roles in organizations of 150 members and have been published for my research in chemistry. I feel I am a great role model for all of the children I watch and I love to be able to encourage them to achieve their goals.
