I have had various experiences working with children, from frequent volunteering in a church nursery to babysitting and nannying. I have cared for children of many ages, from 6 weeks to 12 years. I particularly enjoy caring for infants, and I have extensive experience doing so! I also have experience caring for multiple children at a time. The main family that I worked with had three highly energetic children. I was able to care for each of them from early infancy. We would frequently play outside or at the park, do art projects, and read dozens of books--often with an infant in tow! I would help with various responsibilities beyond child care, such as cooking and light house cleaning. I was a frequent babysitter, and I spent two summers as their nanny, often for 12 hour days. Unfortunately, my parents moved to another state after I started college, so I Read more was not able to continue with that family. Now I am a college student in St. Louis, and I would love to spend my summer here!
