I have worked as Nanny during my years before college as well as the summer breaks in between. A lot of my work involved families that lived in the area near me and a lot of it was full time care starting as early as 7 am and ending around 6pm (this usually called for breakfast, lunch and occasionally dinner prep). Most of the families I have worked for have children who participate in multiple activities so I've driven to practices, rehearsals, games, after school activities and sometimes things as small as playdates. I've also worked with many families who want their children out of the house and active, so often there are a lot of park outings and occasional hiking, with the safest routes only of course.
